Platform Rules and Policies

Event delivery deadline

Every job has an automatic deadline by which the photographer must deliver final edited photos. The clock starts on the last day of the event.

• Short jobs (up to 2 days) — deadline is 15 days after the last day of the event.
• Longer jobs (3+ days) — deadline is 30 days after the last day of the event.

Submission deadline starts from the last day of the event. 1–2 day jobs: 15 days. 3+ day jobs: 30 days.

Conduct & communication

• All offers must go through the platform and are reviewed by the admin team before reaching the client.
• No off-platform payments or contact sharing before a event is assigned.
• Respectful, professional communication is required at all times.

Event status & disputes

• Event status flows automatically: Posted → In progress → Completed.
• Marking a event complete or cancelled is finalized by the ClickKarly admin team.
• Reviews can only be left once a event is completed or cancelled.
